មិនចង់លម្អិតច្រើនលើទង្វើមិនសុីវិល័យរបស់ថៃ គិតត្រឹមសភាពការណ៍ព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែមិថុនានេះ បន្ទាប់ពីផុងខ្លួន និងវិលក្បង់អស់ក្បួន ដូចពាក្យដូនតាខ្មែរផ្ដាំកូនចៅ ថៃស្រាប់តែចេញមុខសម្ដែងដើរតួកំសត់ឱ្យជនជាតិថៃ និងសហគមន៍អន្តរជាតិជាគូកនបនភឿនខ្លួនមួយចំនួនបានទស្សនា និងជឿងប់ថា “ឥឡូវ ថៃបើកច្រកព្រំដែនអស់ហើយ នៅឡើយតែខ្មែរទេតើ ដែលបន្តបិទ ផ្ទុយពីជំហរថៃ”។ ខ្មែរមួយនគរដែលបាននិងកំពុងរួមចិត្ត និងបេះដូងគាំទ្ររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ក៏បន្តទស្សនាល្ខោនថៃមួយឈុតនេះទៀតដែរ។ ដោយឡែកសហគមន៍អន្តរជាតិ ជាទូទៅ ក៏ប្រហែលជាផ្ដើមជ្រេញនឹងទង្វើថៃអស់ហើយ ដ្បិតពួកគេក៏តាមមិនទាន់ក្បួនល្បិចបែបកូនក្មេងរបស់ថៃដែរ។

សូមសាធារណជនជួយពិចារណា? បើកតែទ្វារច្រក តែមិនឱ្យមនុស្សឆ្លងកាត់ជាសាធារណៈ តើនេះឥរិយាបថអ្វី? ទង្វើបែបនេះវាកាន់តែជាកំណត់ត្រាបញ្ចូលក្នុងសំណុំរឿងថ្កោលទោស និងដាក់បន្ទុកផ្លូវច្បាប់លើថៃទៅវិញទេ។ បើថៃមានសុចរិតភាព និងបើកច្រកទាំងអស់ជាផ្លូវការមែននោះ ថៃត្រូវចេញលិខិតប្រកាសបើកជាចំហ និង ឬ ថ្លែងជាសាធារណៈដល់ភាគីកម្ពុជា និងពិភពលោកឱ្យដឹងថាខ្លួនព្រមបើកច្រកដំណើរការដូចដើមទាំងស្រុងឡើងវិញ ដែលថៃបានបិទដោយឯកឯងកន្លងទៅ។ កុំបើកចំហរតែទ្វារដើម្បីបង្ហាញរូបភាព តែបិទមិនឱ្យមានការចេញចូលជាទូទៅនោះ។ នេះហៅថា «បើកតែបិទ» ក្នុងឧបាយកលពិសពុល ស្មានតែពិភពលោកមិនស្គាល់ចរិតខ្លួន។

ជារួម ផ្ដើមចេញពីរឿងបង្កហេតុនៅតំបន់មុំ៣ ក្បែរព្រំដែនឡាវ ថៃបានជ្រុលខ្លួនបង្កើតរឿងតាមខ្សែបន្ទាត់ព្រំដែនជាមួយកម្ពុជារហូតដល់ព្រំដែនចាំយាមជាប់មាត់សមុទ្រ។ ប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រជូរចត់របស់ជាតិជាមួយថៃ ខ្មែរស្គាល់ច្បាស់ណាស់! ខ្មែរក្រជាងថៃ តែខ្មែរថ្លៃថ្នូរជាងថៃ! ថៃមិនស្គាល់សង្គ្រាម តែខ្មែរឆ្អែតនិងសង្គ្រាម! ថៃមានបាន ខ្មែរជួយអរ ហើយខ្មែរត្រូវការតែការគោរព និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការដោយស្មើភាពតាមយន្តការច្បាប់ កិច្ចព្រមព្រៀង និងយន្តការអន្តរជាតិ។ ឈរលើមូលដ្ឋានគ្រឹះនៃខ្មែរសីហនុ ខ្មែរតេជោធិបតី ផ្ដល់តម្លៃខ្ពស់លើសន្តិភាព និងភាពថ្លៃថ្នូរនៃមនុស្សជាតិ៕

From the barbaric act in the early hours of May 28, when Thai soldiers ambushed and killed a Cambodian army in the Emerald Triangle of Preah Vihear Province, up to June 25, 2025; various elements on the Thai side—including the government, the military, and nationalist factions—have continuously played their favourite games: provoking tensions, distorting facts, and obscuring the truth. All these acts were with the clear aim of confusing the Thai public and fooling the international community, downplaying their despicable conducts in the Emerald Triangle, and deflecting the deep-rooted political divisions and the fragile state of the current Thai government.

Thailand’s uncivilized conduct runs so deep that it needs no elaborate explanation – it condemns itself. On the morning of June 25, after exhausting every cynical tactic and finding no dignified escape, Thailand suddenly adopted the role of a pitiful performer – clearly staged to manipulate Thai public opinion, deceived the international community and misled its associates. With stunning audacity, it proclaimed “All border checkpoints are now open, but the Cambodian side refuses to open in contradiction to Thailand’s stance”. The Khmer people, firmly united in their unwavering support for the Cambodian government, continue to see through this theatrical charade. Meanwhile, the international community seems increasingly fatigued by Thailand’s repetitive ploys – likely recognizing the childishness of such political theatrics and refusing to be taken in by them any longer.

What is the purpose of reopening the border gates if public crossing is still not permitted? Such an action appears contradictory and raises questions about its true intent. This approach may be perceived as an incriminating act, potentially carrying legal implications for Thailand. If Thailand genuinely intended to reopen all border checkpoints, it should have done so transparently—by issuing an official announcement and/or notifying both the Cambodian side and the international community of its decision to reopen the crossings it had previously closed unilaterally. Reopening the gates without allowing public access reflects a practice of “open in name but closed in effect,” which can only be seen as a venomous move and one that is unlikely to go unnoticed by the world.

In summary, beginning with provocations in the Emerald Triangle near the Lao border, Thailand has recklessly escalated a series of provocative actions along the entire stretch of its border with Cambodia, reaching as far as Chamyeam on the coast. Cambodia is well aware of its bitter history with Thailand. While Cambodia may not be as wealthy as Thailand, it holds firmly to its dignity. Thailand may not have experienced war firsthand, but Cambodia has endured its toll. Cambodia sincerely wishes to see Thailand prosper, but also seeks mutual respect and cooperation on an equal basis, grounded in legal frameworks, existing agreements, and international mechanisms. Inspired by the legacy of late King Sihanouk and upheld by the leadership of Techo-Thipadei, Cambodia places great importance on peace and human dignity.
